Reservations: Once you have shopped our properties and checked the availability calendar, you can either call us on our toll free line: 719-486-1499 or email us: info@leadvillepropertyrentals.com.

Check in/out: Check in time is 2pm on the first day of your reservation.  Check out time is 11am on the last day of your stay.  Your agent will give you specific instructions on key pick-up.

Deposit: There will be a deposit equal to 30% of the entire vacation stay in order to hold the reservation.  If the stay is cancelled within 45 days of the first day of your stay, your deposit will be refunded. Payment for the entire booking will be due 14 days before reservation and will not be refunded if cancellation occurs.  A credit card and waiver will be due upon arrival.  The credit card will only be charged if there is evidence of theft, damage, excessive cleaning, or excessive utility usage.
