Monthly/Yearly statements: Each month, you will get a statement showing your month to date and your year to date income and expense on your property so you can see exactly the revenue on your property.

Maintenance: all of our maintenance is contracted out to our extensive list of certified professionals. Any maintenance will be approved by you unless in an emergency.
